We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Weekend Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning of campus common areas to maintain appropriate cleanliness levels for our residents and their families and visitors. You’ll help create a warm, clean, and safe living environment that promotes dignity and well-being for our residents.

Schedule: Part-Time, Saturday & Sunday, Day Shift or Evening Shift; Additional PRN shifts may be available for vacation or event coverage.

Pay Range: $16.51 - $22.50 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in common areas per established schedules
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces including floors, windows, fixtures, and bathrooms
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas
• May assist with deep cleaning of apartments at move-out/turn-over times
• Use chemicals safely and appropriately, observing appropriate safety precautions
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to the Environmental Services Manager
• Participate in fire/disaster drills and departmental meetings
• Ensure work areas are left clean and organized at the end of each shift

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Experience in a senior living facility is a plus

Skills & Attributes

• Positive attitude and ability to interact with older adults
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Capable of handling physical demands including lifting up to 40 lbs., bending, and standing for long periods
