Job Description

Salary: $88,000 - 128,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Anaplan product, including at least 3 implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models
• Extensive background in Anaplan model building
• Strong experience in core financial processes and enterprise performance management (incentive compensation management, performance reporting/analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting)
• Enthusiasm for creating comprehensive, integrated solutions
• Stakeholder management abilities, with a capability to challenge constructively and automate inefficient manual processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in converting complex business needs into technical solutions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Independent self-starter who thrives in a team setting while needing minimal supervision
• Proficient in documenting intricate models and processes professionally
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences
• Anaplan certification is preferred

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards
• Oversee the creation of new Anaplan models and enhancements to existing models, ensuring they are optimized and integrated
• Maintain and improve current Anaplan models by capturing and implementing requirements for new functionality to enhance automation and user experience
• Conduct testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to identify and rectify issues, ensuring optimal performance
• Provide technical and application support for Anaplan applications, working closely with end-users to address their needs and resolve system issues
• Stay informed about Anaplan features and enhancements, actively identifying opportunities for improvement in incentive compensation management and analytics processes
• Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and data teams, to ensure the seamless integration of Anaplan with other systems
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation
